REVIEW: ETUDE HOUSE KISSFUL LIP CARE CONCEALER

Hello!

How many of you have heard about lip concealer?
I have but i never really put much interest in it because honestly,
i dont know where to find one in here.

So when i was looking through a bunch of online shops, i found one and i personally think the price is reasonable *each online shop has a different price* so i went ahead and bought one.

So what is a lip concealer?
Let me put it in my own words, a lip concealer is a concealer specialized for the lips *duh :P *
Its purpose is to erase the color of the lips, so if you want to wear lipstick and would like the color to come out true, apply a lip concealer.

The price:
RP 53.000 (EXCLUDE SHIPPING)

i purchased this from

The packaging:
Well, we all now how cute packagings can be when it comes to the Korean brands right?
Well their packaging wins! i love the illustration on it and i love how simple, cute and girly it is.
Combining with the pastel beige color and the other soft colors are just perfect!

On the product itself has their information but i dont read Korean so i have no idea what it says.

The swatch:
The color on the concealer is the skin color :) so when i swatch it on my hand, it doesnt shows that well. The texture is creamy and i think it is slightly different than a face concealer. I feel lip concealer is more moisturizing and glides easily :)
It blends into the lips easily too! From my experience applying this, it has a great coverage, it almost covers 90% of my lip color.

How it looks on me and with a lipstick.
*yes it looks scary but after a good blending, it looks alright*

Look at how it covers most of my redness on my lips

With a lipstick

Conclusion:
- good texture with some moisturizes
- good coverage
- good blending ability
- no scent ;D
- reasonable price

REVIEW: LOREAL CARESSE LIPSTICK #04

here i am again with another review of lipstick, my obsession.
i dont think we can find this product in store in Indonesia though...
but i got it when i was in Singapore :)

so .. below are the pictures

the packaging, i actually love the packaging! it is chic and simple! i love the goldie color mix with glass.

but enough about the jar, the main point is the lipstick itself right?
well i got this in number 04

and here is what it looks like :)

the swatch!

moisturizing, no scent, i love the color, pigmented? well 90% but you can always layer it up :)
the price was around.. SGD 15? i forgot.. :P  love the sleek jar packaging.
but sadly, less variety of color choices.. there were only like 8 i think or maybe 6? i forgot :(
but overall i love it, i love when lipstick has moisturizer and although i dont think the pigmentation is good enough, i can always layer it up which isnt a problem for me and the color came out beautiful :)
casual and feminime

will i repurchase?
if i can find other color and i like the color, yes i will!

REVIEW: LA TULIPE EYESHADOW #16

Today is a good day :)
Hello Beautiful you!

I know i am not a big fan of eyeshadow but nevertheless there are some eyeshadow that capture my heart, shall we see if this particular product really got what it takes to be my fave?

The price:
RP 41.000
( bought in Pasar Baru and pricey though)

The packaging:
The shape is the same as the blusher from this brand which i think, a not so good of an idea because it isnt practical for me, i wont know which one is which when i am applying makeup in a rush :P but nevertheless i do love the vintage, chic and simple design of it, not forgetting the shape!

As for the outer box, it has informations on the product itself so if you are afraid that certain ingredients dont work on you, you can check it first ;)

When you open the product, i personally found this is rather and somewhat not worth the money, because the product packaging itself is small and it contains 4 small eyeshadows, the good thing is the eyeshadows comes in a few colors but they are tiny.

The swatch:
As you all can see from the pictures below, first layer, the colors are there but isnt visible enough and as i added the second layer, the colors are much better :)

The texture itself is soft but not velvety, it has a powdery feeling and that is why the colors dont come off as strong compare to the ones with a velvety texture.
*if you are patience enough, then adding layers wont be a problem for you*

but it does have a great blending ability so that's a good thing ;D

This is how it looks on my eyes:
I personally think that the colors aren't that strong as i expected them would be actually.
The colors on the palette are gorgeous but not when it is applied.

Conclusion:
- love the packaging
- not fond of the price
- not fond of the size of the eyeshadow
- not fond of the pigmentation &; texture although it i build-able.

REVIEW (SPONSORED): VIVA EYE BASE GEL

Hola girls!

This is one of the product i am being sponsored with from Viva
and you know what? i am happy!

I believe that our local brand is as good as the international brand!

So i was excited to get this eye base gel, since you all know how oily my eyelids are and i have to wear an eyeshadow based.

The packaging of this eye base gel is simple and clean.
It has a hygienic packaging because you dont have to dip your finger in it.

At the back of the product, it contains the main information on the product so it is very practical if you need to see the information.

When you open the cap, this is what you will see :) you just have to squeeze it to be able to use the gel.

Here is what the gel looks like, an opaque white.
You dont need alot with this gel actually, just a tiny bit.
It blends quick into the skin but let it dry before applying the eyshadow.
The scent isnt that obvious and it isnt sticky :D

so i am going to test this out :)
and see how long it lasted.

12pm

1pm

4.30pm

9pm

well as you can see, my eyeshadow started to crease at 4.30pm
so it lasts for around 4 hours which is alright for me :)

Conclusion:
- texture isnt sticky
- good packaging
- no scent
- medium strength of power

DISCLAIMER:
THIS IS SPONSORED, DO A DEPTH RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING AS EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT SKIN TYPE. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENT. THESE WORDS ARE MINE AND PURELY WRITTEN BASED ON MY OWN EXPERIENCE TESTING THE PRODUCT AND ALL MY WORDS ARE TRUE

MUSE'S TOP 3 PICKS: LIQUID FOUNDATION

Hello my sexy muses!

I have here my top 3 picks for liquid foundation.
Yes you all know i went out and search and tried a few different liquid foundation
but my heart sets for these three :)

if you want to buy the other foundie that i barely used or any other pre owned items, click here

The three liquid foundation i love are:
1. Lancome Teint Miracle
2. Revlon colorstay for oily skin
3. MAC Studio fix fluid

Well again these three have alot in common
and that is why i love them.

They have a good staying power on this oily surface a.k.a my skin
They have a good coverage.
They dont really have a pleasant scent haha but it is alright!

Lancome was my first foundation, i did googled for a very long time to find that one foundation works on my and i did!

Revlon is actually the dupe for MAC Studio fix fluid, similar packaging, similar well almost 99% the same scent and they have a great coverage :D

i have a super extreme oily face and only these three have the power to last.

do you have any top 3 foundations that you can recommend to me?

REVIEW: NYX SMOKEY EYESHADOW PALETTE

Hello my darlings!
Yes, i am obsessed with eyeshadow now...
:P

You know i hate it when i have 2 options and i have to choose one but i love them both,
have you ever been in that situation?

That happened when i wanted to choose between this smokey or the natural palette..

Then i decided to go for smokey as the natural ones wont enhance my eyes well.

I bought them at Mirielle Beaute
and as for the price, you can check her fb page :)

The packaging:

Well the palette comes like this but it has a sticker that sealed the opening of this palette :) and i did had a hard time opening it so it is very protective. Although the designs are pretty simple, the transparent lid on the upper half of the front shows the color which i like and the bottom half is the name of the palette.
It comes with a sponge applicator and nope there isnt any mirror.

At the back contains the information, kindly click on it to read :)

The color swatch:

Probably, one of the reason why i decided to get this palette is because,
it has a few other colors like blue and purple, the natural colors the white and the darker beige and of course the smokey colors, dark grey and black.

The color pigmentation is medium- high and dont worry you can always layer them up!
The texture is soft and velvety. A little bit goes a long way so be careful when applying it.
It has a good coverage and blending ability :) which you will see on a few pictures below.

How it looks on me.
This is applied without any white base so without it, i think the colors are there
and i am sure with a white base, it will push the colors even more :)

Conclusion:
- Good texture and pigmentation
- easy to blend
- it is kinda hard with no mirror
-safe and protective packaging
