REVIEW: LANCOME HYPNOSE DOLL EYES

alright, so when i attended a Lancome Friendly Duel Makeup last time we received a few samples and i  thought it will be good if i tried it out and see how it is.

Lancome was my very first high-end mascara :P so i am very excited to be able to do a review on their new mascara :)

so enough talking, here is the sample packaging, the reason why i love sample sizes, i can take them whenever i travel :) small tiny and handy!

i love the brush/wand because i think this type of wand can be use for upper and lower lash line and it will get to that tiny lashes because of the small size of the brush at the tip.

they do make my eyelashes look longer :) 

so here is an experiment :)

AT 2 PM, somehow it smudge a little on the left side

AT 4PM

smudge on the right side too

AT 6PM

smudge is still the same but somehow it smudge a little bit more downwards 

overall conclusion:

- the mascara is alright

- if you dont touch your eyes, it is smudge proof :)

- make the eyelashes longer

- easy to take off :)

will i repurchase?

- nope sadly i wont because i dont think it is waterproof or smudge-proof on me especially on my oily eyelids and face :( i think because it is easy to take off hence the formula isnt for a stronger waterproof mascara

REVIEW: LOREAL STUDIO SECRET PRIMER

Did i ever tell you have i have two primers at home?

I know that primers are to control the oil and to minimize the pores but somehow, the other primer is a big failure and until i tried this one.

before i start with my review please keep in mind that my skin has an extreme oil level compare to other people so if certain products work perfectly or maybe near to perfection in my own opinion, i have a huge feeling it will work on you but of course.. * read below*

alright so, i tried this item below not expecting alot from it actually 

so this primer is from Loreal, i got it because i was watching one of the beauty gurus and i forgot the name :P she was using this and she said it is good for oily skin so i went out and bought it :)

the packaging is alright, simple and easy to open :) the size is small around 4 cm in diameter.

the primer inside has a soft texture and it is thick and hard for a mousse-y kinda cream. it doesnt have any smell and i love the color, it is soft pastelly pink! it doesnt come with a spatula so rather unhygienic to apply because you need to put your fingers inside.

the texture feel heavy and thick but trust me! it is easy to blend!

after blending it, you can feel the skin is smoother.

here is my face before applying

to use a primer, you need to apply it only to the areas that are problematic but in my case it is the whole face.

blend it out and this is after, nothing really change but you can tell it is smoother 

so here it my face at 2 pm, still matte :) loving it!

here is at 4pm, slightly oily! only on the t zone area, cheek still rather matte!

oily on the nose * but hey, when is my nose ever matte? *

will i repurchase?

- maybe because i am looking for a better one :P but if there isnt, yes i would!

good side?

- oil control is 80% good

- doesnt smell

down side?

- small jar :( & packaging, because we have to dip our finger in to get the primer , it would be better if it comes in a tube and you just have to squeeze it :p

when it comes to the price, i really have forgotten about it :s sorry :(

REVIEW - REVLON PHOTOREADY EYE PRIMER + BRIGHTENER

alright so... this item here is an eyeprimer + brightening

i have no idea what this does onto my eyes ahaha but i thought i give it a try and take a pic of the differences and let you all see :P

although i have a very bad sleeping cycle, i am thankful that i dont get under eye circle / dark circle on my eyebags but i do get puffy though around the eyes area. 

This product says it acts as a primer but i dont think it will work onto my eyelids because i have a very oily eyelids but oh well 

so i am trying this product as a brightening and concealer onto my eyes... but first the product

one bad thing about this is you have to twist the bottom part in order to get some of the product out and that took me like one minute to keep on twisting and that is considered long already compare to other products. It isnt that practical for me :P

the swatch well the color is 2 shades lighter than my skin tone and it has a slight pink undertone in it :)

so this is me before blending everything onto my face and pleaseeee ignore my oily skin as i told you i have a very oily skin...

after blending everything... you can see the one with the brightener is somehow.. bright haha ok that is the worst description ever! but yes you guys can see that the left side is actually whiter than the right side, and my semi under eye bag is better with the brightener 

my conclusion

it really shows and proven its purpose for brightening but i dont think i will use this as much because i am the type of person who doesnt use concealer :P but if you are looking for something to cover + brightens your eye area, this is one of the good product to go to if you are in a tight budget. i actually forgot the price but i think it was around RP 150.000 ish

hello everyone!

 i found an article online saying: 5 colors of lipstick to brighten your teeth

and trust me that got my attention in a mili second haha :P

so being very curious, i search in my own lipstick collection and gathered them to give it a little experiment :)

oh! and you guys are going to see my messy teeth and i know i should get it fix but i cant be bother :P

L-R: REVLON LIP BUTTER IN CUPCAKE, REVLON MATTE LIPSTICK IN 005, NARS IN RED LIZZAR, SARI AYU IN DENTING KECAPI 02, SARI AYU IN BENA

1. a pastel color to brighten the teeth

i disagree, it doesnt help my teeth that much though in-fact it made my whole look pale :(

2. a bright red lipstick

this i totally agree and this is one of the main reason why i use red lipstick sometimes :)

3. a vampy dark red color lipstick

i agree with this one too! this color made my teeth looks whiter compare to a normal bright red :) but both works :)

4. a blue/purple undertone lipstick

this helps in making my teeth looks whiter :P although i wont be brave enough to wear this color out :P 

5. coral color

hmmm i dont think coral helps that much in making your teeth looks whiter though...

my conclusion:

- all works apart from the pastelly color

- the best: vampy dark red color to make your teeth looks whiter

REVIEW- LOREAL COLOR RICHE LIPSTICK

Welcome again to another review! another lipstick product! i am such a lipstick junkie haha

alright! so i have these 4 products from Loreal and of course they are in different colors :P

alright so since it is in the same category so i am going to write down what i think

packaging- they are okay, somehow for drugstore they are kinda good but i am so-so with them :P i love the gold and shiny packaging though. BLING BLING BABY! ok not bling2 but shiny. you have to twist this in order to open and to use the product :) which is.. alright again as how other lipstick would.

texture- it is so smoooooootttthhh and glides on well on your lips! loving it! and it moisturizes too! but because i have sooo many lipstick, i didnt get a chance to use this as much but i promise i will use this!

378- VELVET ROSE

640- PINK FEVER (similar to MISS RASPBERRY)

as you guys can see from the pics above and i am so sorry for my bad lighting :( although the color of the lipstick seems to be very dark and pigmented but when you apply it onto your lips, it isnt at all! some of you may say that this isnt that pigmented, but to me it is and i love the pigmentation of these products, i think they are just "right" when i apply onto my lips :)
