BEYOND ANGEL AQUA FOUNDATION 01 REVIEW, SWATCH, FOTD AND RESULTS + A GIVEAWAY SURPRISE!

Hello ladies :* I have a special review today. It is a korean brand of foundation today! Surprise? well this product must be good because it made its way to my blog and appear here :P Well since the incident of my acne break out, now i cant wear any liquid foundation as i used to be able to. Why? because if i pick the wrong one, it breaks my skin out. My skin is now pretty sensitive and prone :( but, here is a foundation, well my current top and most favorite foundation that is lightweight, last long and doesnt break me out.

Have you heard of the brand Beyond? i first met this brand when there was a bazaar back in 2014 in Grand Indonesia but i didnt buy the foundation. As usual, i bought the lipsticks. Then, i decided to try the foundation. Not any foundation though, I literally read and think *yes think* which one to try and my pick falls onto the Angel Aqua Foundation. 

I cant explain to you the ingredients this and that because i am not a dermatologist, however, there is Mr.Google who always help and answer your question, so if you have any question on the ingredients, do ask Mr. Google :) I dont want to explain on things that i dont understand, it is not valid. However, the name AQUA attracted me. I have an oily skin and now prone to acne. I knew that water based product are the best for my skin and usually with water based, they are very lightweight!

The shade that i have is 01, which is a beige ivory based color. I cant wear anything with pink undertone because it will somehow make my skin looks dull so here is a beige/yellow undertone that perfectly matched well with my tone. As for the shape and the packaging, i think it is just like a normal packaging. It has a thick glass-y matte bottle with the basic information, it has a cap that is good so that it covers and keep the hygiene and of course, it helps and protect so there will be no accident of pumping and spilling the product all over. To use the product, simple press the pump and because of the size that is tiny, it released a perfect amount for the whole face by one pump. Save up a lot of products though.

As you can see from the bottle of the product, it mentioned that it is 40% water and this is one of the factor that makes this product lightweight. The first thing i realized actually was the lightweight-ness characteristic of this foundation. Then i also realized that it has a medium-high coverage, depending on the layers of your usage. My picture * scroll down below* is using one layer only but i must say, the coverage is great for a medium and daily makeup.  This foundation also helps to even out my skin tone and covers the redness, not the bumpy acne though. I love how this absorb so quickly into the skin and sits well. Usually products that sits well on my skin after 5 hours, i would recommend it because i have an oily skin and there are foundation that slides away from my skin :P but this sits well even when the oil is being excreted out from the skin. I love by the time it is already 4-5 hours, with the oil starting to come out, it makes my skin looking dewy.

I have acne, spots, scarring and redness. Here is my bare face with no makeup but moisturizer.

Then the very first layer of the foundation, you can tell that it has cover and even out the skin tone.

Then the next picture is a complete makeup for the day, it was taken at 11.30 am. The last picture was taken after i got back from my daily activity at 16.30 pm (yes i love to make sure the timing is perfect and easy to count, so imagine me checking out the time as often as possible ahha) by the time i want to remove the makeup, i took the last observation, i concluded that the foundation sits well even when my skin started to get oily (this is after 4 hours). I also realized it still covers the redness and acne spots well.

So conclusion, if you have oily skin and perhaps acne prone skin, I do recommend this product but again, do a deep research before purchasing as this product works well on me and might not on you :)
