I have a huge thing for lip products especially when it has colors :P and i love it even more when the colors are neutral and brings out the sexy pout of the lips. Anyway, here is my current favorite lipgloss and actually i am very picky when it comes to lipgloss, it must not be sticky! have you ever feel a lipgloss so thick and sticky it makes it hard for you to open your lips?
I am going to share with you a lipgloss from Makeup Store. This is actually in their limited edition range but hey! you still can wear it even it is not Valentine's day. I believe everyday should be a valentine's day :) First thing first, the price is IDR 295.000 and the packaging is pretty simple and chic. It has a glass transparent outer with an embossed logo. To use this, simple twist the cap and use it. The applicator itself is easy to use to blend and even out the gloss on the lips. The size is handy and perfect to be carried around.
I realized that there is a slight shimmer in it. I am not a big fan of shimmer but exception for this one baby! The shimmer within this product is very subtle and gentle. It doesnt give a tacky finishing look. I love the pigmentation of this product. For a gloss, it has a pretty good high pigmentation where you dont need to apply lipstick underneath it. It is not sticky! this is the main quality that i look for. I just dislike the sticky feeling like your lips cant be open. It blends easily onto the lips and the color enhance my natural lip color and it perfected the shape and enhance it.
Here are the swatches taken by me with flash, in a dim light and with brighter light. As you can see the color is very neutral and honestly i have been using this product to all of my clients. It is that one color that is perfect for almost all the skin tone. The shimmer is subtle and i believe the shimmer itself actually enhance the sexy-ness of the pout on the lips :P then of course the Non-sticky formula which i love the most.
