I have found an innovative product that is an alternative for oil blotting paper! The Porefessional License to Blot is a family to the Porefessional which means, they are aiming for oily skin. This is, i shall say, the replacement for oil blotting paper. With its balmy texture, it absorb the oil on the skin and mattify it.
I am sure you are all pretty confused upon this product. This product is basically your oil blotting paper in a form of stick. With its blotting spheres, it mattifies the whole oily complexion. The triangular shape is designed specialized for the corner area on the skin such as the side of the nose. To use this product, twist the button and dab it onto the oily skin.
Not only this product mattifies the skin but it controls the oil too! By the way, did you guys see a correlation between the product and the background? Yeap it is Nancy Drew, a mystery novel that i used to love reading back in high school! i thought you know, Spy-gal and Nancy Drew? OK nevermind :P
Now, i have tried this and let me share my experience with you. Truthfully, it works but there are certain circumstances where it doesnt work as well as it should. First, the texture as i told you is balmy and more to the dry side. When it touched the skin, i can feel the balmy texture yet it is not sticky nor creamy, instead it is matte. It has no coloring so it leaves a transparent and matte residue on the oily area. No scent too!
When i tried this product, i was very oily! like oily all over the skin so, it doesnt work as well as i thought it would. Therefore i think this product will work well if you are starting to get oily not when you are already an oil industry. It does absorb the oil but not as much as i thought it would so use this when your skin is slightly glowing due to the oil!
Here are the pictures. No edited! so you can see the real process. As you can see i am very oily haha i mean the camera doesnt capture the amount of the oil on my skin! Then the close up and it shows that it absorb the oil but somehow it removed some of the makeup on my skin. It does leave a more matte complexion though.
This product works if your oily level is still normal or if you can quickly do a touch up when your skin started to get oily. However, if the product removed some of the makeup, you still need to do some touch up. This product will be perfect for people who wants things to be easy and simple. All you need to do is to dab the product onto the problematic area and it would be best if you have a flawless skin where you dont need to do some touch up!
