New comers in town! BYS COSMETICS INDONESIA, a brand that is originated from Australia has finally settled down in Jakarta, to be precise is in Plaza Senayan. Today, I will do a review on BYS Creme Foundation and Contour & Highlight stick. If you love creme foundation, you really need to stay tune in this blog. My skin is not the best when it comes to creme foundation but BYS Creme Foundation has a very lightweight texture. It melts as soon as it touched the skin and gives a matte finish. It comes with a sponge and a mirror in one compact. I like how this product has a very soft cream texture and consistency. It has a great pigmentation as it covers the imperfection on my skin very well. If you are like me, who likes one products for all (high coverage and to conceal) you will love this! I like the blending ability of this product and it has a good flawless coverage and result.
However if you have oily skin like me, you might want to use a primer and set it off with a powder and setting spray to help control the oily-ness.

BYS Contour and Highlight stick is very easy to use and easy to carry. I personally would recommend this to beginners because it is a form of a stick where you can hold it like a pencil and it lets you have the total control to "draw" the contour and highlight. However, I think this product is slightly hard to apply, which means, you do need to put a bit of pressure to make sure the color is visible on the skin.
I like the color of the contour because it has a warm undertone both for the contour and highlight too. It adds that bright warmth onto your skin complexion. It is build-able to your desire result and it blends easily once the heat from your skin touches it. It will give a natural result on your skin but if you want a more dramatic sculpted result, you can add another powder contour and highlight after.

Here are the swatches and results after applying it. I love how it looks very natural and flawless. I am also using the eyeshadow BYS Matte Palatte that contains all natural color and BYS Velvet Liquid Lipstick in 03.
Overall, the BYS Creme foundation is amazing for the coverage. It melts and settle into the skin quickly leaving a matte finish (however if you have an oily skin, you do need to put powder and setting spray and probably primer too) it blends easily and it is also build able. The contour and highlight stick has a very natural warm undertone color that is suitable for me and if you blend it smoothly, it will give a very natural bronze sculpted look. It blends easily, has a medium pigmentation therefore it allows you to layer it up but it has some a hard texture therefore do a bit of rub on your hand before applying it onto your face.
