REVIEW: 3CE LIP LACQUER #SUPER CORAL & #BON BON

Good Day to you my Chocolate Chip Muffins!
I am back with a new review on another lip products ;D
*yayyy*
*throw balloons*

I seriously think I have this addiction for lipstick/gloss/tint/lacquer/etc
you name it.
I think a whole look is not finish without a lip color.

And I must tell you that I have been loving this korean brand 3CE from Style Nanda
*correct me if im wrong*

I purchased these two lip lacquer in #super coral & #bon bon
and #hawaian pink & #disco are on my list next
hahaha *evil laugh*

Alrighty then, the packaging is simple, normal and handy.
I love the design and the layout actually.
It isnt girly cute but it is edgy cute.
Does that make sense?

Alright now, lets talk about the quality!
and the reason why i love this so much.

When it comes to lip products, i probably am the odd one, most people wanted their products to last long on the lips, but i dont. I love to apply different colors and I prefer products that are:
1. Doesnt stay and leave color patches on my lipst
2. Easy to remove

I love the texture of this product. At first when you apply it, it is thick and creamy but not sleek-y.
It is more like a cream base and when it is applied to the lips, it dries out. Due to the creamy texture, it glides on easily on my lips and the thickness in it actually covered up my chapped lips.

I love the color pigmentation, I literally just have to dip my wand in it ONCE and applied to to my whole lips.

This is the swatches.

CLOSE UP

and... this is how it looks on my lips!
sowwie, bad lighting.

The super coral, tends to be in a pink-ier shade rather than coraly-orange.

Bon-bon is more to the nude orange soft color when it applied onto the lips.

have you tried this product before?
let me know what you think!

MUSES TIPS: TOP LOCAL PRODUCTS FOR A MAKEUP ARTIST KIT (BEGINNER)

Happy Saturday all!

Long holiday ahead eh? well i do hope you enjoy your holiday with your loved ones
and if you are celebrating Eid, well happy holiday too and apologize if i had said anything wrong.

To begin with, let me clarify you that, I am NO MAKEUP ARTIST.
I love makeup, I can apply them but I dont have a special super technique
like other great makeup artists do. However, I do apply them to my close family and friends if they need any makeup done for any occasions.

I dont know whats inside a professional makeup artist kit, yes i searched them and i get more confused ahaha and i thought, well i dont need that many of products :P

So i decided to write this post hoping this post will be useful
if you want to start your own profession as a makeup artist but you are a beginner and I know how we tend to think of budget *well at least i do, budget and what if it doesnt work out, you know the fear* so to avoid any disheartened or disappointment, I decided to pick some of our local products and they happened to be my faves too!

Our local products are great! Low at cost & good quality.
I think those are a good combo for starting a business.

So lets begin!

#1 FOUNDATION & SETTING POWDER

There are alot of local brand products for this category but since we in a budget *lets assume*
I picked Sariayu foundation & Pixy setting powder
I love foundation from Makeover actually but if you are in a super tight budget, go for Sariayu :)
If the foundation came out sheer, layer them up. I do love this foundation, they are lightweight and I remember it went well for a whole day on my face. As for the powder, it helps with settling the foundation.

Since we are all born with different tone of skin, it is always best to have 3 different shade of colors:
LIGHT- MEDIUM- DARK

and you can always mix them up to get the right color.
If your budget is slightly flexible, i suggest get these 3 different tones in 2 different undertones:
cool & warm.

#2 CONCEALER

I can never suggest any other concealer from our local product other than this
 MAKEOVER CONCEALER PALETTE.

why palette? well you never know what you will face so having different usage in one palette is always good and handy! i love the coverage this product has.
The best thing about this product, at the back of the palette, it has the function of each color,
so it is super informative for a beginner.

#3. SHADING KIT

Everyone needs shading or contouring. The face always look great and shaped and structured after this technique. What I have here is a shading kit that I purchased from PM Beauty School. There were two shades of kit and i want to get the darker shade now. I forgot how much this cost but another good price for shading kit is the LT PRO shade & tint kit in #1 (the darkest shade).

#4 EYEBROW, EYELINER, MASCARA & EYEBASE

Eyebrow is important as they shaped our face and the only good eyebrow pencil that i had tried is from VIVA :P i am pretty sure this isnt a secret to you beauty lovers out there. They are so easy to use, long lasting and low cost! Eyeliner, just to be safe, always have liquid & pencil, gel is not a must but you can always keep on handy with you. I love viva eyeliner, super pigmented and easy to glide. Bless liquid eyeliner is just long lasting!

An eye-base or primer is useful especially for those who has oily eyelids like me. To avoid creasing and to make sure everything stays, this particular eyebase if the bomb-diggity ;D
I found this from a friend of mine. However, it is slightly sticky so gotta be careful in applying it.

And mascara, yes i have forgotten to capture it :P
QL has a good range of it.

#5. EYESHADOW PALETTE
This probably wont be cheap but trust me, this will get your money worth it!
Feel free to purchase other brand of eyeshadow palette but this here is my favorite one.
Why palette? one, it is easier for you to carry, and second, it has variety of colors in one place.

This palette is from Sariayu and i love their products!
high pigmentation, long lasting and vibrant velvety color and texture.

#6. BLUSH PALETTE

I love this palette of blushes from MakeOver. Not only it has variety of different shades
but it has this shade that is perfect for shading for fair skin. I even bought one for me.

So this palette has that extra bonus point for having a color that is useful as shading.

#7. LIP PALETTE

Now we all know i love lipstick haha i buy palette if i need to apply makeup on others.
It is easier and i have 3 main palettes in reds, pinks and orange.
I purchased an extra palette just because i love the pink shades.

It is always easier for you to have these three tones to match with every client's skin tone :)

so those are my tips.
i hope it is helpful.
let me know your tips and tricks as a makeup artist too!

REVIEW: D'EYEKO FALSE PREMIUM LASHES "SUPER FULL"

Hello my beautiful butterfly!

Look what I have :D another basic series style from D'EYEKO.
Honestly, when i first saw this, i was thinking

" there is no way this super full style will look natural on me"

So, how did it look on me?
well lets find out!

Here is the packaging, i believe they have two types of packaging?
i was trying to find the natural volume
*yes i love it and i went out to look for them*
but i couldnt find the ones in this packaging
but i found them anyway haha and purchased them.

Like the other packaging for this series, it is the same, easy to see, simple, different color coding. It has the information we need especially if you are a beginner in applying falsies, they have the step by step with illustration at the back. This comes with a glue ;D

That's the glue, kind of hard to see but it is there.
I love the glue that comes with it!
I wonder if they sell the glue by itself?
If they do, tell me i want to buy them or if they dont,
please produce some ;D

Here is a closer look at the lashes :D

As we all know that D'EYEKO lashes are made from natural hair that are sterilized, softer and it blends into our natural lashes. They are delicately handmade in details and the length suits my eyes so i dont need to cut them. You can wear them for a few times and it is safe if you wear contact lens.

So, does this product give a natural look for me?

We shall see!
Look at how thick each lashes are.

TA-DA!
YES IT DOES LOOK NATURAL ON ME :D

The lashes give volume, style and it shaped my eyes.
I think it gives my eyes that fierce and piercing look but natural.

If you want to see how to get the look

and you know what?
I went out and search for this style haha
I love their natural series :)
So natural, so comfortable to wear and they enhance the whole look.

let me know if you try them before and what you think of them :)

MUSES HOW TO: WAX YOUR EYEBROW AT HOME

Hello ladies :*
Today's post is inspired by Amarixe
( she is a beauty guru on youtube )

When it comes to women's grooming,
I wax and laser.

Lately, I have been super busy and I dont have the time to go out.
And you all can imagine how "sexy" I am :P

Honestly, from all the hair grooming, I personally think
eyebrow is the least worth it * no offense*
I mean, the area is tiny and my eyebrows are shaped naturally and it

Lets Start!

First! You must cleanse away the area around your eyebrow to avoid any irritation.
And this is my eyebrow before waxing
* yes i do have a natural shaped eyebrow, so it is easy for me to wax mine :) if you dont have one, trace/shape an outline for your eyebrow with an eyebrow pencil and you are going to wax it following the shape*

Then take the big scissors and the wax strip, cut it into half or maybe 1/4 :)
You dont need a lot.
Mine is around 2cm wide :)

Then with that tiny strip
Cut it in half vertically and horizontally,
so you have 4 tiny strips.

Then, using any stick or brush, placed it on the outer corner of your nose, connecting to the inner corner of your eyes. This is where your eyebrow should start, place one of the strip on the area where the brow "dont belong"

Rub it along the direction of the eyebrow, mine is up.

Then, using one hand to pull up the skin on the forehead, while the other, pull down the strip quickly.

Do the same steps on the rest of the area :)

Once everything is done, you will have this wax residue all around the eyebrow,
trust me, it is sticky hahaa and i dont like it.

To remove it, usually they have this special liquid but I dont have it, so i am using baby oil :)
Pour it onto a cotton pad and just cleanse the area that has wax left overs.

Use tissue to absorb and dab the oil
*unless you love the feeling of oil*

This is optional, use tweezers and scissors to trim down the hair.
I feel kinda lazy so I am leaving it up to the waxing.

and Ta-da!
This is without any eyebrow pencil.

With an eyebrow pencil and after shaping.

and it is done :)
One quick tips: just to be careful and not rushing.
I got my wax strip from Guardian.

enjoy :)
