on the 9th November 2013, 3pm

I attended an event by Shu Uemura at Lotte Shopping Avenue, Jakarta.

When I arrived, honestly, the dessert table attracted me :P

All pink and yummy!

I have a sweet tooth.

On the table itself, there laid their new collection of makeup

by Takashi Murakami.

Now, who is he?

Takashi Murakami was born in Tokyo 1962, earned a Ph.D from Tokyo National University of Fine arts and music. His first break through was with his solo exhibition at Aoi Gallery, Osaka in 1991. He is the president of Kaikai Kiki Co., Ltd.

He completed trilogy curatorial projects including Superflat (Parco Gallery, Tokyo in 2000 then a tour in USA 2001) Coloriage (Foundation Cartier, Paris 2002) and Little Boy (the Japan Society, New York 2005) and Little boy was awarded as the Best Thematic Museum Show in New York by AICA USA.

He was named one of TIME Magazine's " The 100 most influential people in the world" in 2008.

Here is the collection:

The pink and black princess.

They are inspired by Takashi Murakami series of the 6HP animation that has captured the sense of adventures of magical "majokko" (magical witch girls). Majokko has been a trend for more than half century, it has the concept and theme of normal girls that transformed into super women to fight enemies and solve problems and Takashi has re-interpretted this into a modern animation with aspects of Tokyo's otaku subculture, manga and cosplay into an artwork.

The new collaboration collection reflects the timeless and universal theme of the transformation of feminine desire to reflect another, inner self, the parallel universe between real and surreal. The dark and light sides of every women.

Very neat, organized in their color tone and range.

They are arranged in their own category that makes it easy for customer to choose and picks.

I heard so many reviews of this particular cleansing oil,

I have a very oily skin and I was in doubt

but now i want to try it :P

Within the counter itself, it has another space with different "station"

Inside this space, it is divided into categories again.

The event started by introducing us to the whole counter

and this is the first stop.

The makeup collections

This is where we were introduced and explained of the area within the counter.

This area is divided into categories as I mentioned above,

Shulash is where the eyelashes are and the bears are so cute!

Next to the lashes, they have the collection of their makeup train case.

Then they have this Top 10 product display.

And here is where the makeup artists do their magic on the customer :D

I want one like this! they have three different light for them to adjust the makeup on you

because different lighting gives different effects.

And now is the makeup demo using the new holiday collection.

This is the model before makeup

First, the MUA applied the lasting soft gel pencil

Using the Lip& Cheek fun-tasy

This product right here can be used for lip and cheek that has a silky matte texture color tint. The colors are: #dream pink #fuchsia fun-tasy #heroin rose #princess coral #magical red

I think these colors are the colors that used the most with women.

and she applied it onto her lips that gives such a gorgeous color!

Nothing defined the face better than a good eyebrows.

Last but not least, the false lashes!

Believe me, false lashes are my best friend :P

The MUA is using black jewel on wing premium edition
