Hello my glittering balls! *what?* let's do a short review on one of my current go to eyeliner. It is WARDAH EYEXPERT OPTIMUM HI-BLACK LINER where it says *on the pen* to be expressive, consistent and long-wear. It is a black liquid eyeliner in a pen form.
When it comes to eyeliner, i wear all types: pencil, gel and liquid. I think all of them are a great combination for an eye makeup and of course, it make the process so much easier. I use liquid liner to cover the band of the lashes and usually, it finished off the eye makeup.
I love the silver metallic pen this product comes in. A very simple and minimalist design with a clean chic result. It is very easy to hold and i really love liquid liner in a pen form. Just a personal preference though. It feels light though which is a bonus point for me. The felt tip of this liner is in a "marker" shape and thickness. There are liner that has a very thin and slim top but this one right here is slightly "bulky" but it is still alright for me because it is still flexible and i still can draw the thin and thick lines on my eyes easily.
One main thing i realized from this product, it has an amazing high pigmentation! Coming from a local brand, this deserves a two thumbs up! The ability for this liner to create one smooth high intensity liner is amazing and it dries quickly so i aint afraid of smudging. The finished result is slightly shiny but it is still tolerable.

Alright, so i did some tiny test to see. I have drawn 3 lines and i tried removing it with:
water, makeup remover and wet wipes. As you can see it is waterproof but it is not to wards the makeup remover and wet tissue. It is also smudge proof :)
If you have an oily eyelids like me, do wear a good eye primer but i dont think the eyeliner will stay when it is in touch with oil. Other than that, everything is amazing!

Long Wear- Yes but with the help of eye primer and not touching your eyes
* i mean i know some people do touch their eyes without realizing it*
Do I recommend this?
YES! especially if you are looking for a local brand and in a tight budget.
