What I love about Imperial Leather is their price range is affordable and they smell and look amazing. It makes me feel special by the fragrance they give from their products. Imperial Leather is a brand that is well known since years, it is my grandma's favorite soap and I used them back when I was a kid when I lived in Jakarta. As you may have realized, their logo has now changed, to give a better image, vision and mission.
Facial wipes has now gradually making its way into the beauty market and its demand is pretty high. It is like baby wipes, you can carry it in your bag, it is small and practical, you can basically use it for a lot of uses. I am the person who goes for facial wipes. I think facial wipes is a very easy and quick solution to clean the face from dust, dirt and makeup. Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes can be used 3-4 times a day depending on your schedule. Once you arrived at work, going through with the pollution, especially if you take public transport (bus or ojek/motorbikes, i personally love taking ojek though, it is quick but the pollution and dirt is a lot) use Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes to clean the face and neck or once you arrived at home with full makeup, this can be used as a makeup remover.
Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes in Brightening claims to clean the skin and face from dirt, dust and makeup but also to maintain the moisture in the skin, it also removes waterproof mascara, tested dermatologically and perfect for normal/oily to sensitive skin. The benefits from this range is it goes with all skin type, refreshing and make the skin clean and bright. It is very easy and comfortable to use. If you are sensitive, no worry! it is alcohol free with vitamin b3, Chamomile and White Lily.
Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes in Refreshing claims to remove dirt and makeup. It maintains the skin moisture and removed waterproof mascara. This range is for normal-oily-sensitive skin as it is alcohol free with Kiwi and Melon extract. As this stated to be refreshing, therefore, the advantage of this product is to give a fresh and clean skin.
Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes in Oil Balancing also have the same usage of removing dirt and makeup, also to keep the skin moisturized. This is also for normal-oily- sensitive skin but mostly oily skin though. It is alcohol free with Sea Mineral Weed and Green Tea. The advantage of this product is to keep the oil level balance on the skin.
Above is the image of the wipes, it is soft, not to watery, it applied nicely on the skin but does it really work with makeup? it is amazing how this product cleanse and lift up the dirt from the pollution but waterproof makeup? Below is the test that I did to see how good it is to remove makeup.
The makeup swatches are: liquid eyeliner, eyebrow, lipstick, cream foundation, blush on and eyeshadows. With one swipe of the Oil-Balancing wipes, it removes the makeup super easily! Although you can see some product still remains but it is 90% gone. It didnt irritate my skin too!
In my own opinion, Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes in Brightening, Refreshing and Oil-Balancing work amazingly well regardless the usage. I use it to remove my makeup and the scents are amazing and comfortable. Nothing too odd. I realized that they dont have any range for dry skin (probably the ratio of oily people live in Indonesia is higher than the ratio of people with dry skin due to its weather) but it is alcohol free so people who have dry skin can use it too. It does work for what it claims: cleanse the skin from dirt and makeup, to keep the skin moisturized (this is where it doesnt dried up and irritate my skin). It removes waterproof makeup and perfect for sensitive skin (tested dermatological).
I think owning, using and bringing Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes is a very practical way to save up time. I keep one in my makeup studio for my clients, one for me to travel and one in my makeup traincase. Instead of doing the 2 steps of cleansing (cleansing milk then facial wash or makeup remover then cleansing milk), you can removed the makeup and dirt at one go with Imperial Leather Facial Cleansing Wipes. There are a lot of ways to use this like before bed, traveling, as a makeup remover or a refresher on the skin on a hot humid day.
