My sugarpies! VOV Indonesia has recently launched their new eye and lips products. It is the All Day Strong Eye and Lip Color. This range comes in 7 shades each category and the ones i have are:
VOV All Day Strong Eye Color in Brown Killer, Purple Rising and Orange Fantasia
VOV All Day Strong Lip Color in Smoke Red, Coralster and Magentasome.
I have never really like eyeshadow or lipstick in a form or shape of a pen or pencil. I think it is uncomfortable to use and the quality usually isnt as good as the one in its original packaging. Maybe it is just me though however, it is different with VOV All Day Strong Eye Color. First, the size and shape of this product is very simple and easy to use therefore it is travel friendly. I also realized the color is amazingly quick to set on the eyes hence, you do need to quickly blend the color. The color has a good pigmentation and the texture is velvetty smooth which make this product easy to apply and blend. This is the first korean brand eyeshadow that i personally can say has a great staying power. You do not need to sharpen this product, simply just twist the bottom part of the eyeshadow. It is waterproof!
The colors that i have are build-able and who knew i could love all these colorful colors onto my eyes and still keeping it natural!
VOV All Day Strong Lip Color has a matte yet moisturizing finish. It settles nicely onto the lips without settling into the lines. The color has a good pigmentation, i wouldnt say high but isnt that how Korean products are? however, they are build-able and you can mix and match the colors anyhow you like. It feels very light weight on my lips and it leaves stain onto the lips so if you love Korean style makeup or if you have pale lips like i do, this product is amazing!
Below is the picture i took after using them. I have all the colors on my eyes and as for the lips, i mix #magentasome and #coralster. Looks natural eh?
Overall, i personally love them! I am going to take them with me to my Japan trip *fingers cross* They are so travel friendly and easy to use. The pigmentation is good and natural finish on the face. It is buildable and light weight. The texture is velvety smooth and quick to set therefore you do need to blend quickly. It last long and waterproof!
