It is not everyday that i make a post about skincare but when I do, you know it works! Banish Acne Scars kit, a complete kit dedicate for you who suffer from the aftermath of acne. Those acne scars, big pores, uneven texture, you named it! will get better after using this. Of course it takes time but for the long run, it is worth to invest your time in it.

In this kit, I received: a derma roller, Vit C serum and 2 face mask (charcoal and pumpkin). The derma roller has 540 needles with 0.5m length. Due to my lower pain tolerance, I actually found it slightly painful (but this is just me being a drama queen) and i do have a pretty sensitive skin therefore the area where I did the rolling tends to be red but it is alright because you need that to ensure that all of the skincare is absorb at its full capability. To get a maximum result, use it regularly and keep it clean! Change it after 3-5 times of usage but for me, i will change it once the needle shows signs of breakage.

The Vit C serum is needed after the rolling and it is important for the skin too! it helps to heal acne scars, wrinkles and uneven texture. This serum not only contains vit.c but it is also contains vit.e and ferulic acid to prevent signs of aging. It has a light weight texture and of course moisturizing. It absorb quickly into the skin but, at first appliance, it is somehow sticky. My skin become supple. 

Aside from the serum, i got the Pumpkin Enzyme mask and Charcoal Clay mask. The pumpkin enzyme mask, one word: delicious! No i didnt eat it but the scent oh my lord! delicious, scrumptious and mouth watering. The use of this mask is to clear acne and gently exfoliating the skin to decrease the appearance of the scars and uneven skintone. To use this, you need only apply a tiny bit by bit and it has a tiny bit of tingling sensation but nothing over the top.

The Charcoal clay mask is my fave! I do have an oily skin and a clay mask is perfect! This comes in a powder form with an activate charcoal and montmorrilonite clay to absorb the oil, blue green algae powder and allantoin to reduce irritation and tea tree and zinc oxide to treat acne. It doesnt have any odd scent and, to use this, you need to mix it with water 2:1 ratio to the clay mask. It wont work if it is thick because it wont sit still on your skin. Just like any other clay mask, it is dried once it is done and it doesnt irritate my skin. This is perfect for oily skin.

Overall, I love how Banish comes with a kit that you can use at home and saves up a lot of time going to a dermatologist. They really have products to aim at your skin condition (my case is oily acne prone skin) I have realized a slight improvement within the first few usage and will continue to use it more.
