Hello my lovely! After review the previous BB cream in a compact form from Beauty in You store, I have another one that might work for oily skin. Privia U V-Face BB Cream is more to whiten and brighten the skin. With its special ingredients, it will hide the fine lines, dark spots and even out the skin tone in order to make the whole complexion flawless.
It is said that its best use for firming facial contours to create a V-shape face, lightens the appearance of aging lines between the nose and lips, firms sagging skin to increase skin elasticity, brightens dull complexion for fairer and more refined skin, minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, refines pore for radiant and smooth skin. To see the difference, you have to use this product at a period of time so i wont cover all the differences however, we shall see if this minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots and making the skin more radiant.
This BB cream has the yellow undertone which usually works on my skin tone better compare to the pink ones. The packaging is cute and in a tube form which makes it easier for me to squeeze the product out and not wasting them. I think this product comes in one color only. I couldnt find the shades though.
The texture is pretty thick which i love! It means, high in color pigmentation and that means high in coverage! I think this bb cream is very easy to blend and it does cover up the uneven skin tone and the acne spots on my face. However, since its intention is whitening, as you can see from the picture below, it does make my skin whiter than usual.
If you want to get that glowing complexion, this is one of the way to achieve it, apply a white and bright base before your foundation or powder. I prefer to apply a lighter color on my clients then top it off with their skin color, this way you will get a glowing healthy complexion. After applying this as the base with a brightening and whitening result, i decided to apply my foundation and powder and makeup usually.
I think picking out the right base color for your skintone is important because if you pick the wrong one, it will give you the opposite result. For example, i have pink undertone and if i pick a pink based bb cream, it will make me look dull but if i pick a yellow undertone, it will make the skin brighter.
If you have a yellow undertone, go and pick a pink based as it will neutralize the skin color and brightens it.
In conclusion, this works best as a base makeup for me, it brightens and whitens the skin, it covers up perfectly well for my spots and uneven skintone and it does helps with the fine lines due to its thick and creamy texture that works on the skin problems. I dont know about you, but i feel, this works best as a base makeup for me, i realized i do have that radiant glow after a whole makeup is done. It is kinda hard to see because I apply powder to make it matte but the radiance glow is there !
